Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on fifteen August, 1994 in USA. While Ashley hasn't talked extensively about her parents, she has acknowledged her grandfather for the genesis of her love for working out, as he was a popular bodybuilder during the 20s and 30s of his life. Ashley started swimming at the age of four, and she has maintained this for over 10 years. She entered numerous competitions but wasn't as dedicated because she was not ready to be put on strict diet in order her body would be able to give all it can. Her beautiful appearance and curvy physique made her popular during her high school years. But it is unknown whether Ashley was ever involved with someone during that period of time. Ashley completed her studies and determined that she would not enroll at a university. She instead, Ashley focused her energy towards a job as a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 years older when she recognized that her physique wasn't exactly her ideal body. Encouraged by her grandfather she decided to join the gym but took the advice of her grandfather and began gradually. What she did not know was that she was going to spend the next nine years building her physique and slowly becoming a fitness model. Ashley participated in the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014, and finished 7th. This was an inspiration to her to train harder. Ashley took home the fifth position at the WBFF World Championships in 2015. Following this she decided not to compete again. As she was competing, she received offers to do photography shoots. They didn't cross-contaminate her professional life and decided against it. But, after she's retired from competing, Ashley has made the decision to be a fitness model. The front cover of one of the most popular fitness magazines launched her career as a fitness models. Since then, she has gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has posed for numerous bikini companies and internationally renowned clothing companies.
